Rogue, Storyteller, Very Welcome Collectible – Dragon Age’s Varric Tethras Statue Announced

For those that are absolutely in love with the Dragon Age franchise from BioWare (Hi, that’s me …), the newly fully unveiled Varric collectibles figure from Gaming Heads is the best way to start the week. The renowned statue company has posted little teasers in the past, but the time was right and two versions of this amazing piece have been made available and are currently up for pre-order.

The handsome dwarven rogue is modeled after his Dragon Age Inquisition counterpart. Friend to both Hawke from Dragon Age II, and the Inquisitor in Inquisition, he’s the perfect collectible piece to add to the collection, especially with Gaming Head’s Morrigan and Iron Bull also available.

There are two editions of the statues are currently available to pre-purchase. The standard edition with Varric and Bianca in a more casual stance, or there’s the exclusive edition featuring Bianca fully locked and loaded and ready to take on the enemy. Both currently retail for $399.99.

The statue stands approximately 17 inches tall and is set to a 1:4 scale. There are only 350 pieces worldwide, so if you’re a die-hard Dragon Age fan; you’re going to want to get in on this soon.

Be it Darkspawn, rogue templars, blood mages, or even the mighty Corypheus himself- Varric is ready to be the hero, without actually being the hero.
