Mortal Kombat 11, DOOM Getting the Collectibles Treatment From McFarlane Toys

As New York Toy Fair is currently up and running, collectible enthusiasts are gathering from all over the world to scoop up the event’s spiffy array of wares and take a peek at what’s to come from manufacturers. This year’s proceedings saw popular toy producer McFarlane Toys preview a bevy of new figures based on franchises such as DOOM and the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11.

As spotted by Twitter user FakeEyes22 (via Bloody Disgusting), McFarlane has quite the display set up. Numerous images can be seen teasing future 7″ figures based on DOOM’s Doom Slayer, Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion and Sub Zero, as well as Vault uniform and Power Armor variants from the Fallout series. Also prominently displayed is a particularly ferocious image of Alduin from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the winged beast being labelled as an premium “Deluxe Figure.”

There was also an tease for a Hollow Knight-based collectible, but unfortunately no image was shown; only a tease that more information will be “Coming Soon.” Of course these weren’t the only reveals from the Toy Fair event, as significant showcases were given for both Call of Duty and Fortnite, revealing some much more finalized designs. It’s expected that all these figures, including the ones seen above, will release sometime between 2019 and 2020. Further details are likely to be unveiled at a later date.
