Incredible Final Fantasy Cloud Strife Collectible Now Available For Pre-Order

Final Fantasy Cloud Strife (KH) Collectible Now Available For Pre-Order (GALLERY)

With the long-anticipated launch of Kingdom Hearts III only a week away, Square Enix is celebrating in style by announcing a brand new Final Fantasy Bring Arts Cloud Strife figure. Revealed over on the official Square Enix Store website, the figure is called the ‘Cloud Strife Another Form Variant,’ which is just a slightly fancier way of calling it the version of Cloud Strife that we see in the original Kingdom Hearts game.

Equipped with his Buster Blade dressed up with bandages, the Final Fantasy VII protagonist sports pretty much the same look that he has in Kingdom Hearts, which was due in part to his contract with Hades. Meant to be a visual cross between Cloud and Vincent, the figure comes with interchangeable hands and claws, as well as an interchangeable cape and a single black wing. Check out the gallery below, followed by the official description of the figure from Square Enix:

“We have recreated the characteristics of Cloud’s face and the saturation of the colors on his clothing, based on Tetsuya Nomura’s illustration. The pauldron on his left shoulder and the armor on his hips are designed so that they won’t interfere with the range of motion, in order to allow for more dynamic posing action. Additionally, fine textural details are apparent on his cape and the bandages wrapped around his buster sword.

Not only can the cape on Cloud’s left shoulder be swapped with a wing, but the accessories included are quite robust, as it comes with the buster sword and a total of four interchangeable hands. You’ll enjoy an amazing variety of poses, in any situation in this figure.”

The measurements of the Final Fantasy Cloud Strife figure are W 4.33” x D 3.54” x H 7.09”, and it comes with its own display stand. The expected release window is July 2019, and at the time of writing the price is $80.99. Those looking to pre-order the figure can do so right here.

Kingdom Hearts III launches for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
