WWE 2K19 Unveils Becky Lynch, John Cena, And More In Second Roster Reveal (VIDEO)
The next entry in the WWE 2K series unveiled its first round of superstars last week, where many of the company’s most popular athletes were officially confirmed for the game. Headline names such as Alexa Bliss, Seth Rollins. and the “Big Dog” himself Roman Reigns were among the numerous listed, as were several of the hottest acts from NXT. The massive roster unveiling was only the first installment, with WWE 2K19 now premiering the newest batch of wrestlers in “Part 2.”
Bringing back Lana and Rusev from before, the new showcase calls upon Smackdown’s resident “good brothers,” Luke Gallows and Karl “Abs” Anderson to assist in the second roster reveal. Listing off each new entry, the likes of Becky Lynch, John Cena, The New Day, and cover star A.J. Styles were officially confirmed. Also in the mix was Rusev and Lana themselves, compelling a celebratory proclamation of “Rusev Day” (16:38) and “Lana Day” (19:50) from all in attendance. Combined with the last video’s confirmed fighters, the 59 mentioned above now brings the total roster up to 136. Of course, that number only grows when considering bonus DLC characters such as the host of classic personalities made available in the special Ric Flair Wooooo! Edition. A “Part 3” roster reveal is set to arrive next week, which will likely push the final total well over 200 when WWE 2K19 launches for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 5th.
