For ages, Spider-Man has been quite the talkative hero, with a large variety of one liners and quips over the years for each member of his extensive rogue’s gallery. However without actions to bring to the table he wouldn’t be all that great going up against the likes of villains such as Sinister Six, Green Goblin, or Venom. The latest trailer for Sony and Insomniac’s upcoming Spider-Man title shows off just how Spidey will be able to physically take on his opponents on top of his excellent baddie humor game.

Jameson explains that Spidey ‘s action undermines the police with his constant need to escalate situations, putting civilians in harm’s way. On top of it all, the hero uses “unsanctioned, experimental” gadgets such as web bombs, trip mines, and Spider drones to cause unnecessary mayhem and chaos. “Where does he even get this stuff?,” Jameson asks?

Is Spidey truly a menace to society or is he just a guy trying to make the world a safer place? Spider-Man will be exclusive to PlayStation 4 and is set to release on September 7th.
