Custom Beavis And Butthead Controllers Are Worthy Of Cornholio
It may be hard to remember, but game controllers, especially during the PS2 era, often used to be sold in numerous colors and designs that often tied-in third party properties. We still see those to a lesser extent on modern consoles, but the more unique designs now tend to come from independent custom game controller designers. Kustom Kontrollerz is one such designing group that has attracted much attention lately with designs based on classic properties, like The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and now they have unveiled their latest design. Their new custom Beavis and Butthead controllers are uh…heh heh…pretty cool, if one might dare say.

Kustom Kontrollerz has unveiled their new Beavis and Butthead controller designs on their official Twitter account. The designs for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One controllers feature the titular delinquent teenagers on the side grip areas of both respective controllers. The controllers are mostly blue, with jagged yellow shapes around Beavis and Butthead, reminiscent of the title artwork seen in the classic promotional artwork for the show. Both controllers are available for purchase on the Kustom Kontrollerz website, and anyone seeking more information about them are advised to contact the Kustom Kontrollerz team via email at [email protected].
The original Beavis and Butthead series ran on MTV from 1993 and 1997, with a theatrical film released in 1996 and a revival season in 2011. The franchise did have several video games on PC and older consoles, but it is pretty rad to see the duo return in some way to modern gaming platforms. Here’s hoping that Kustom Kontrollerz finds success with these controllers and design some based on Mike Judge’s other hit animated series, King of the Hill. Who wouldn’t want a propane-powered PS4 controller? What do you guys think about the new custom Beavis and Butthead controllers? Let us know in the comments below!
