New Fortnite Cinematic Trailer Brings the Fight Inside a Burger Joint (VIDEO)
Back in 2011, Epic Games announced their action building game Fortnite. Now, after six years, the game’s release is just around the corner. To celebrate the approaching launch, Epic Games has released a new Fortnite cinematic trailer, which is over the top in the best ways possible. Check it out for yourself below:
Did anybody order fries with those bullets? As you can see from the cinematic trailer, Fortnite has a very fun and silly ambiance, centered around an attack of zombie-like creatures and other monsters. At its core, Fortnite is a survival game that requires players to explore and scavenge for materials to build custom forts. Forts are used to protect the player’s team and any survivors they find along the way from the onslaught of monsters attacking the area. Players can team up with friends to build, explore, and defeat massive waves of enemies in any way they choose.
Fortnite arrives on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on July 25, but for those that pre-orderef the game, access will begin on July 21. There are several editions to choose from ranging from Standard to Limited. Pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition will grant you eight in-game heroes, playable upon launch, as well as a handful of other in-game bonuses. There is also Super Deluxe Edition, as well as the Limited Edition that includes:
- FOUR-DAY HEAD START
- 1 EXCLUSIVE LEGENDARY WEAPON
- RARE STARTER HERO PACK (8 HEROES)
- RARE STARTER WEAPON PACK (4 WEAPONS/1 TRAP)
- EXCLUSIVE FOUNDERS PISTOL
- 2 EXCLUSIVE IN-GAME DEFENDERS
- 2 DIGITAL STANDARD EDITIONS FOR FRIENDS
- EXCLUSIVE FOUNDER’S CHAT CHANNEL
- 99 PINATA PACKS
- EXTRA ITEM STORAGE SLOTS
- XP BOOSTS FOR YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS
