Darksiders Genesis Release Date Revealed In New Trailer (VIDEO)
The highly anticipated Darksiders Genesis has finally received an official release date for its various platform launches. The folks over at THQ Nordic have released a new trailer for the game titled ‘Not Alone’ that dives a bit deeper into the story, featuring plenty of dark humor, epic visuals, and even a bit of CCR. Check out the new story trailer below:
As revealed in the trailer, Darksiders Genesis is slated to release first on PC via Steam and Google Stadia on December 5th of this year. The slated release date for the game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch is February 14, 2020. At least one of the four horsemen would happily be your Valentine, probably. Those looking to learn a bit more about the game can do so with the title’s description courtesy of the official website:
“From the dawn of creation, the council has maintained the Balance across existence. Carrying out their orders are the Horsemen, Nephilim (powerful beings spawned from the unnatural union of angels and demons) who have pledged themselves to the Council and been granted immense power.
However, this power came at a tragic cost: the Horsemen were ordered to use their newfound strength to wipe out the rest of their kind. What followed was a bloody battle on Eden where the Horsemen, obeying the will of the Council, annihilated the Nephilim.”
