Xbox One Elite ‘Robot White’ Controller Revealed (VIDEO)
Many gamers on the console side of things, particularly those in the Green camp, know that Microsoft is doing everything they can for the customizable controller scene. For those who wish to take gaming to the next level on a Microsoft system often look to the Xbox One Elite controllers, as they offer a bounty of options to fine-tune one’s experience. That said, a new variant is entering the ring of choices, and it is mighty sleek.
The ‘Robot White’ Xbox One Elite controller is the upgraded version of the peripheral included with the Fallout 76 bundle, which you can read about right here. However, fans who aren’t looking to add an entirely new console to their collections can opt for just a new controller instead. Before we get into the specifics, let’s take a look at the video provided by the Xbox team:
Available only at GameStop, the Robot White Xbox One Elite controller will cost $149.99, but it comes with quite a few impressive features, which owners of other like versions already know. Hair trigger locks, interchangeable paddles, button mapping, and so much more are included with the powerhouse of a peripheral.
According to the official description of the Elite controllers, “Get pro-level precision with the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller featuring an arsenal of swappable components, Hair Trigger Locks, and limitless customization with an easy-to-use app. Choose from a variety of thumbsticks, D-pads, and paddles for a tailored feel that provides game-changing accuracy and speed.
Flip the Hair Trigger Locks to fire faster. Improve your control with interchangeable paddles and rubberized diamond grip. Designed to meet the needs of today’s competitive gamers, the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller brings it all together with an app, where you can tweak everything from trigger sensitivity to button mapping.”
The Robot White Xbox One Elite controller is set to arrive on October 16th and can be pre-ordered right here. This is one day after the launch of the console bundle of the same color variant, and a month before the November 14th release of Fallout 76. Speaking of which, the upcoming game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
