By now, readers of DFTG know we are fans of the “Xboss” Phil Spencer and his escapades on Twitter. Spencer does not shy away from fan intrigue and we love him for it. In this segment of “Spencer takes to Twitter”, the Xbox head addresses even more questions about Project Scorpio, how “strong” the Xbox One S is, all the while singing the praises of titles from all platforms.

When one fan suggest that fans are “losing faith in the brand”, Spencer had this to say in kind praising all platforms:

He then added that “Gamers want good games. Proud of our first party this gen, can always do more. Xbox gamers demand a lot, we’ll work harder to deliver”. Included in those titles that make him “proud” was the upcoming Horizon Zero Dawn PlayStation 4 exclusive, which has been getting high praises from companies world-wide.

Phil Spencer has been making positive changes in the gaming community and is doing effective work at rebuilding Xbox’s damaged reputation under previous leadership. The new Xbox direction brings the focus back to gamers and Spencer proves that with the moves he’s making and making it a point to show fans that their concerns are being heard. Pair that with the surge of success that Microsoft experience upon the release of the Xbox One S, fans of that platform can take a little comfort in knowing that they are being taken care of.

More news on the upcoming Project Scorpio is expected to be announced at this year’s E3, Xbox has already secured their stage spot for the big event. Are you guys excited for what’s next in the world of consoles? It seems that, for all three console systems, now is a great time to be a gamer with so many new innovations in-line. With the Nintendo Switch, the PlayStation Pro, Project Scorpio – console gaming will only continue to get better as time goes on.
