Wolfenstein II The New Colossus DLC First Episode Now Live
Wolfenstein II The New Colossus is a terrific installment to the long-running Wolfenstein series. It incorporates an engaging story, plenty of thrills, chills, and action – and best of all, no loot crates! Now, players agree, is the best time to start playing if you haven’t already. Because now the first episode of the new DLC Wolfenstein The Freedom Chronicles has just been released! Check out the trailer for The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe:
The story: A former pro football player named Joseph Stalin is the focus of this epic adventure as he battles his way through Nazi troops and other obstacles. New weapons, gadgets, and gear are available for those players looking for new toys. A season pass for all of the Freedom Chronicles is $24.99, but you can catch one episode at a time for $9.99 each.
Bethesda has released a breakdown of the three parts of the timeline for the Wolfenstein DLC:
Episode Zero is available with your pre-order or season pass. The players are introduced to new heroes Joseph Stallion, Jessica Valiant, and Gerald Wilkins as they plow their way to freedom through the Nazi regime. New weapons and new abilities are showcased in this DLC opener.
The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe is released as of December 14th. Former pro quarterback Joseph Stallion fights through Nazi troops in Chicago and in outer space.
The Diaries of Agent Silent Death is slated for release January 30th. Jessica Valiant, ex-OSS agent and assassin discovers secrets of Operation San Andreas while infiltrating Nazi bunkers in California.
The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins is due March of 2018. Captain Gerald Wilkins is a US Army hero on a mission to dismantle Operation Black Sun in the middle of Alaska, which is firmly under Nazi control.
Look for Wolfenstein II The New Colossus on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Nintendo Switch fans will have to wait until sometime in 2018. Which of the DLC chapters are you most looking forward to?
