Titanfall 2 DLC Incoming Soon – Plus Microtransactions
Remember Respawn Entertainment’s boast about no season passes and all downloadable content (DLC) being free for Titanfall 2? We’ll be getting our first taste of that content alongside the debut of the microtransaction store very soon. Fans won’t have to wait too long as the developer announced via their official blog today that the first Titanfall 2 DLC will launch next week. Gamers who pre-ordered the title will have access to the first update titled Angel City’s Most Wanted next week on November 30th and on December 3rd for everyone else.
The new map which shares the same name as the update is an upgraded version of first game’s Angel City map and will be accompanied by the introduction of new items such as weapons and titan abilities alongside the in-game store. While all of the game’s DLC will be free of charge as previously stated, players can however purchase cosmetic items like various different skins or new pilot executions for example via the new in-game store. Respawn hasn’t gone into detail with regard to the store’s full extent, however we’re sure to gain more knowledge once the update goes live. See below for a full list of the confirmed additions we’ll be seeing added to the game come December.
