The time is finally upon us, gamers! The weather is changing, wardrobes along with it, and wallets are becoming lighter as the masses flock to the Steam Autumn Sale to grab titles that have been dealt heavy blows by the savings hammer. While this seasonal discount event isn’t quite on par with that of the Summer’s offerings, it does provide players with plenty of goodies to fluff up their library.

Of course, now that it is later in the year, that means awards season has arrived. Not to be outdone by anybody else, The Steam Awards has returned with its hilarious categories. Fans are now able to vote on which games they believe should claim victory by going to the title’s store page and selecting which award it should win. By doing this, purchasing titles, and leaving some reviews, gamers can get their hands on some sweet badges. Winners are expected to be announced at some point in December for the categories below:

  • The “The World Is Grim Enough Let’s Just All Get Along” Award
  • The “Choose Your Own Adventure” Award
  • The “Haunts My Dreams” Award
  • The “Mom’s Spaghetti” Award
  • The “No Apologies” Award
  • The “Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War” Award
