Red Dead Redemption 2 and 'Friends' Mashup Is The Best Thing Ever (VIDEO)

After countless months of waiting, Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally available to play in the comfort of our homes, with Rockstar Games continuously working to address any issues that have cropped up since launch day. Since the game has released, the floodgates have of course opened for fans that have been waiting to create mashups, artwork, and cosplays based on the title. One such fan has done the unthinkable, and created a Friends theme for Red Dead Redemption 2. Yes, it’s weird, but it’s also pretty hilarious. Check it out below:

Trust me when I say that I don’t want this to work as well as it does, but here we are ready and willing to watch several seasons of a show that follows the Van Der Linde gang. At the time of writing it has roughly 1,000 likes to a paltry 5 dislikes, so there apparently must be a market for this sort of thing.

With Friends recently being confirmed by Netflix to be sticking around on the streaming service throughout 2019, there’s no better time for Friends to be invading our lives through other mediums. Now you have the distinct pleasure of thinking about the Friends theme song whenever you boot up Red Dead Redemption 2, something that I consider to be a priceless gift from me to you.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is now available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

So, thoughts on the Friends mashup? What other video games do you think it would mesh well with?
