PUBG Global Invitational 2018 Team Hoodies Revealed (VIDEO)
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is celebrating PGI 2018 in style by bringing your favorite team’s hoodies straight into PUBG! Announced via a blog post over on the Steam website, the new in-game hoodies are now available for purchase for $9.99 each, and they all can be purchased now through August 16. Check out the video below to see the various available hoodies:
Here’s how to find the hoodies in-game, courtesy of PUBG:
“These new in-game hoodies are the first ever in-game items to feature PUBG esports team-branded logos, and best of all, revenue from the hoodie sales will go directly to the teams themselves, making your support even more worthwhile! Head to the PGI 2018 tab in the in-game store and select from the list there. Then be sure to tune in to PGI and cheer your favorite team as they battle for the ultimate Chicken Dinner!”
The festivities don’t stop at purchasable hoodies, though. PUBG players that log in during the even twill also receive a special ‘Sporty Crate,’ which includes three PGI-themed items for your avatar. These do not cost anything, players need only log in and accept the crate to keep its contents for good.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is now available for PC and Xbox One.
