PlayStation Plus Free Games For March 2020 Revealed (VIDEO)

PlayStation Plus Free Games For March 2020 Revealed

Although Sony has chosen to pull out of a few upcoming events due to coronavirus concerns, the PlayStation company is still churning out free content for those subscribed to its PlayStation Plus service. Last month’s offerings were appropriately varied, with BioShock: The Collection leading the charge alongside The Sims 4 and Firewall Zero Hour, the latter of which requires VR. The new offerings for March 2020 seem similarly diverse in nature, though Sony has scaled the amount of free games from 3 down to 2.

Sony recently revealed via its blog on the PlayStation website that the PlayStation Plus offerings for March 2020 are Shadow of the Colossus and Sonic Forces. Like I said, diverse games. As usual, the folks over at Sony offer a basic blurb explaining each title on offer. So, without further ado, here’s the breakdown:

Shadow of the Colossus – Tales speak of an ancient realm where Colossi roam the majestic landscape. Bound to the land, these creatures hold a key to a mystical power of revival — a power you must obtain to bring a loved one back to life. Shadow of the Colossus is a breathtaking journey through ancient lands to seek out gigantic beasts. Armed with only a sword and a bow, explore the spacious lands and unearth each Colossus, presenting a unique challenge to test your wits, determination, and skill.

Sonic Forces – In Sonic Forces, the evil Dr. Eggman has conquered much of the world with help from a powerful and mysterious new villain named Infinite. Now, you must assist Sonic and build an army to reclaim the world as they fight against chaos and destruction. Defeat enemies with blazing speed as Modern Sonic, catapult past perilous platforms as Classic Sonic, and create your very own Custom Hero Character equipped with a variety of powerful gadgets.

Both titles will be available to download starting on Tuesday, March 3, and running through until Monday, April 6th. As usual, there are still a few days left to snag last month’s offerings for those that have yet to do so.
