Peterson Case Trailer Shows Off Post-Roswell Crash Horror Game (VIDEO)

The Peterson Case

Some believe that the truth is out there, while others are positive that the Roswell, New Mexico crash that happened in 1947 was actually a research balloon. Those who choose the former are convinced that the crash was indeed a UFO piloted by an extraterrestrial being. The new Peterson Case trailer shows a horror game that also believes this theory to be true, and just what might have happened after it occurred.

The Peterson Case has been in development for quite some time under Quarter Circle Games, and the latest video to be released reveals just how far they’ve come. The in-game events will take place shortly after the Roswell crash, as players assume the role of Detective Franklin Reinhardt and investigate a house that seems to have misplaced its inhabitants. Not much is disclosed in the Peterson Case trailer, but check it out below to get a sense of the horror that gamers will experience:

As can be seen in the video above, The Peterson Case certainly draws inspiration from recent horror hits. The likes of Outlast, The Evil Within 2, and even the playable teaser for the now-cancelled Silent Hills come to mind. The game will include puzzles, disturbing imagery, and a narrative that will likely please any horror fan. Unfortunately, we just don’t know when to expect it.

The Peterson Case is currently being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming news, check out the following:
