No Man’s Sky: Next Generation Update Revealed (VIDEO)

No Man's Sky Next Generation Update

No Man’s Sky continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. Just a month after the release of the massive Origins update, Hello Games has revealed what’s next. While it’s not a ton of new content, it is a new way to play the title as the Next Generation update will enhance the experience for next-gen consoles and PC.

Hello Games recently dropped the trailer for No Man’s Sky: Next Generation, which will thrust the game into the new generation of gaming. Worlds will be fuller, the visuals will be incredible, especially with it being able to be played at 4K at 60FPS. Plus, load times will be faster than ever, save files can be transferred to the new consoles, and the title will take advantage of the DualSense’s haptic feedback on the PS5. To top it all off, fans now have a new trailer to enjoy!

With No Man’s Sky being upgraded for next-gen systems, it will also mark the first time console players are able to play in sessions with up to 32 players. Those playing on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will also be able to play with those on all other platforms. Sean Murray himself even noted that high-end PC players will see graphical enhancements, so it’s not just console players getting to have all of the fun.

No Man’s Sky: Next Generation will be available on day one of the release of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, and it is free for all existing owners. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
