New Super Mario Odyssey Trailer Arrives Just In Time For The Holidays (VIDEO)

Just because the game met a global release already, it doesn’t mean there’s any shortage of room for another trailer. Over the last few months since its release in October, Super Mario Odyssey has become one of the best-selling titles in franchise history, selling millions of copies within the very first week of its debut. In the latest Super Mario Odyssey trailer released by Nintendo, the world’s jean overall-outfitted Italian sweetheart uses “cap-tivating” means to maneuver the environment. If that means using Cappy to control a fish or blast off a rocket for personal gains, “capture your imagination” with enemy possessions in the short clip below:

Super Mario Odyssey is currently one of few selected titles on the list for the Game Awards beginning next week. With reviews of critical acclaim and echoes of fun to be had in homes, it’s no wonder. To further extend the reach into the holiday shopping season, Nintendo released the 30-second clip above to usher in another wave of curious consumers. It’s very likely that the Nintendo Switch will be underneath tress this December, and the Mario franchise is known for its family-friendly fun that spans age groups.

Aside from the new Super Mario Odyssey trailer, did you know Nintendo has teamed up with Kellog’s cereal to bring a breakfast staple to the table? Revealed last month, the food company stated that they’re currently shipping out the Super Mario cereal with an exclusive Amiibo surprise in select boxes. Make sure to look out for them at local or chain grocery stores.

Super Mario Odyssey is available now on the Nintendo Switch. Have you had your hand at trying out the game?
