See the Lizardmen in Action in New Total War: Warhammer 2 First In-Engine Trailer (VIDEO)
Sega recently released a new video, and it’s the first in-game trailer to show off what fans can look forward to with the upcoming title. Also seen in the video are the Lizardmen – one of the four playable races seen in the game. These creatures fight for the ‘Old One’s are are described as “cold-blooded warriors”. See them in action in video for Total War: Warhammer 2 below:
“The Great Purpose does not allow for mercy,” the narrative is a daunting one showcasing an intense aerial battle involving these warriors as they are plucked from the sky one by one and continue that fight boots on ground. For any interested fan in this upcoming title, it does look thrilling and seeing the Lizardmen within the in-engine trailer gives a good indication as to what is to come. The Lizardmen, alongside the Dark Elves and the High Elves will be among the playable races with the fourth with a TBD announcement date.
DFTG will be taking on some Warhammer 2 as we will be at E3 this year once more and Sega has confirmed that playable demos will be available on the showroom floor! We can’t wait to see all of the new additions inserted into the story’s narrative and choosing what exactly should be done with the Great Vortex will be thrilling!
There is no release date at this time for Total War: Warhammer 2, but all reports indicate it is still on track for its 2017 release as the second part of what is expected to be a trilogy. More information may be on its way soon as the start of E3 draws near.
