Just Cause 4 Official Gameplay Showcase Reveals Action-Packed Mayhem And New Threats (VIDEO)
Rico Rodriguez is back for action-packed mayhem in the fictional country of Solis to uproot the oppression and violence led by a hi-tech private militia called the Black Hand. As beautiful and vast as the South American country is, Rico has an ungodly amount of ground to cover to discover the truth about his past in Just Cause 4. Several familiar features will be making a return including a reinvented grapple hook, extreme weather conditions, and other aspects core to the franchise.
This time around, Just Cause 4 boasts improved physics and polished gameplay mechanics by utilizing Avalanche’s phenomenal open-world Apex Engine, creating a more realistic world for players to be immersed in. Improved HDR lighting, “unrivaled draw distance, interactive weather systems, physics-based aerodynamics models”, and satisfying destruction are just a few things to look forward to. Solis is the “largest and most breathtaking world” Square Enix has ever created for the Just Cause universe.
