Injustice 2 PC Port Confirmed – Open Beta Testing Begins Tomorrow (UPDATED)

Injustice 2 PC Port

[UPDATE]: Injustice 2 recently revealed on their official Twitter account that the open PC beta will NOT begin tomorrow. A date has not been revealed, but the Injustice 2 PC port is still green lit. Stay tuned with Don’t Feed the Gamers for more information on that as soon as it becomes available. The announcement can be viewed directly below:

Original story as follows…

Injustice 2 has been tearing up the fighter game genre since its release earlier this year. With new brawlers appearing left and right, it was only a matter of time before and Injustice 2 PC port became reality. After all, the first installment in the franchise made the jump from consoles, as did a few other NetherRealm titles.

Being handled by QLOC, who was responsible for the previous NetherRealm ports, it was announced by Warner Bros. that Injustice 2 will be making its way to PC at some point this fall. However, players will be able to get their fighting action on in the open beta testing that is slated to begin tomorrow, October 25. This, of course, comes after creative director Ed Boon cryptically tweeted the following last night:

No word has been given as to when the Injustice 2 PC port will specifically arrive, the specs required and recommended, or even how long the testing will last, but we can assume that the open beta will at least feature the initial roster that shipped with the game. They might even be kind enough to toss in a few DLC characters just to cover all the bases. The beta can be downloaded on Steam beginning October 25.

Injustice 2 is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PC release date expected for this fall. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming news, check out the following:
