Horizon Zero Dawn has been the talk of PS4-exclusivity-land ever since the title dropped. Featuring gorgeous visual, a rich and compelling story, and one badass protagonist in Alloy, the game has undoubtedly captured the hearts of many. With an expansion set to drop in a week, fans get another look at what’s to come with the newly released The Frozen Wilds 4K screenshots.
Guerrilla Games and Sony were kind enough to release the stunning images ahead of the expansion’s launch. First off, we see Aratak of the Banuk tribe, who wishes for nothing more than to die in glorious battle. Next, we catch a glimpse of a merchant offering Alloy a bit of advice. Check out the gallery below to see these stunning Frozen Wilds 4K shots:
In the Frozen Wilds 4K screenshots above, we also get a good look at a new machine that Alloy will be going toe-to-toe with. There is even a beautiful shot of the vast landscape of The Cut, the area in which the expansion takes place. Fans can see the volcano that practically holds control over the land in the image that features Alloy looking down at a Banuk funeral.
Players were also treated to a new trailer at Sony’s recent media showcase at Paris Games week. That can be found in our roundup of everything shown at the event. They were even shown a surprise for those who will also be playing Monster Hunter World. Either way, when The Frozen Wilds arrives on November 7, it is going to be absolutely gorgeous.
