Ghost Of Tsushima PC Version Possibly Leaked By Sony

Ghost of Tsushima PC

Sony has continued to dominate in the video game industry, with a core tenet of the company’s success being its first-party PlayStation franchises. Having high-quality, narrative-driven games like God of War and The Last of Us exclusive to PlayStation consoles has often sold hardware to customers with just a single title. Despite this, Sony has also brought some of these titles to PC, such as Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone. Now it appears another of Sony’s highly praised PlayStation exclusives is next with a seeming leak of a Ghost of Tsushima PC version.

VGC reported on these recent findings suggesting Sony may have leaked a Ghost of Tsushima PC version. The site noticed a new version of the Ghost of Tsushima PlayStation 4 box art had been made to listings on Amazon and PlayStation Direct. The new art noticeably removes the “Only On PlayStation” header from the top of the box. Some have speculated this could mean Ghost of Tsushima is coming to PC in the future, the “Only On PlayStation” header has also been removed from Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone as they saw a PC release.

As noted by the site, this removal of the “Only On PlayStation” label could also just point to an eventual PlayStation 5 version of the game, as this practice was similarly made for games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales as it released for PS4 and PS5. VGC has asked Sony to comment on the possibility of a Ghost of Tsushima PC version, but as of writing, they have yet to comment. Sony has found huge success and profit from porting exclusive games to PC, so seeing Ghost of Tsushima get the same treatment is a no-brainer. That Kurosawa Mode with ray-tracing would be gorgeous.
