George R. R. Martin’s ‘Elden Ring’ Game Announced (VIDEO)
Leaked via files found from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, there were rumors circulating of a George R. R. Martin game in development alongside the same studio that created Dark Souls and Bloodborne – FromSoftware. At E3 2019’s Xbox Briefing, the studio and publisher Bandai Namco made the epic reveal! Titled “Elden Ring,” the phenomenal crew introduces another action-RPG adventure set in a world created by world-renown author George R. R. Martin and FromSoftware’s Hidetaka Miyazaki. Details are scarce on Elden Ring for the time being, however, here’s a brief synopsis directly from Xbox during their E3 showcase. A brand new world awaits:
Developed by FromSoftware, Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., Elden Ring is a fantasy action-RPG adventure set within a world created by Hidetaka Miyazaki – creator of the influential Dark Souls video game series; and writer George R.R. Martin – author of The New York Times best-selling fantasy series, “A Song of Ice and Fire.” Danger and discovery lurk around every corner in FromSoftware’s largest game to-date.
