Final Fantasy XIV Hatching-Tide 2020 Event Details Revealed

Dust off those bunny ears, because Final Fantasy XIV is once again celebrating the Easter season with style! The folks over at Square Enix have released the first details for its upcoming Hatching-tide 2020 seasonal event, with a new quest line and rewards that are sure to get players hopping with excitement!

Square Enix took to its official Final Fantasy XIV site to reveal some of what players can expect from this year’s Hatching-tide event. This time around, the event will be split up into two different chapters, the first of which kicks off on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 1am (PTD) and technically ends when chapter 2 begins on April 5th, though according to Square Enix previous chapters in the story arc will remain open as the new chapter gets added. Here’s a look at the rewards from the event:

Here’s a list of the event rewards:

  • Rabbit Hat
  • Rabbit Suit
  • Dapper Rabbit Suit
  • Stuffed Rabbit
  • Hatching-tide Advertisement

According to Square Enix, the new quest line, which kicks off with the quest The Eggth Umbral Calamity, can be initiated by speaking with the Revelrous Rabbit located in Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre in Old Gridania. The entire Hatching-tide event ends on Monday, April 13th. As a reminder, seasonal quests are unable to be completed once the event has concluded.

Final Fantasy XIV is now available for PC and PlayStation 4.
