Fast & Furious Crossroads Gameplay First Look Revealed (VIDEO)
A large portion of racing games these days feature an incredible focus on attention to detail and a strong sense of realism. That’s not to say that all games have to be like that, however. The Fast & Furious franchise started out as a fast-paced action film series that slowly got more and more outrageous as time went on. Now it appears that the upcoming heist-racer Fast & Furious Crossroads is looking to continue the trend, spending less time on realism and more on adrenaline-fueled action.
A new trailer has arrived for Fast & Furious Crossroads showing off some incredible action sequences, featuring a vast arsenal of gadgets,death-defying stunts, and more. Players will have a chance to take down monstrous hovercrafts, rockets, and a variety of other enemies alongside Dominic Toretto and his crew. The trailer shows off quite a few arcade-like scenes as players race their way through the game as well, making it feel like the arcade racer games of old.
Fast & Furious Crossroads was originally set to release sometime in May 2020, but the title’s release date has been postponed until August 7th of this year for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
