WATCH: The Dragon Ball FighterZ Opening Cinematic Will Get You Pumped

Dragon Ball FighterZ Opening

There is only one month remaining until gamers can get their hands on the next fighting title in the Dragon Ball franchise. With a plethora of additions to the roster over recent months, fans’ anticipation levels have been reaching over…okay, that joke is too easy. They are high – we’ll just say that anticipation levels are high. That being said, Bandai Namco has released the Dragon Ball FighterZ opening cinematic, and it absolutely rocks.

Kicking things off with Goku prepping for battle, some sweet guitar riffs are tossed in, followed by some oh-so-wonderful drums. The heaviness builds as the video continues to highlight the game’s combatants. Describing the awesomeness that ensues is rather difficult, so check out the video below to feel beyond hyped(Warning: The following video might possibly melt your face off(not really) due to its metal nature):

According to Bandai Namco’s website:

After the success of the Xenoverse series, it’s time to introduce a new classic 2D DRAGON BALL fighting game for this generation’s consoles. DRAGON BALL FighterZ is born from what makes the DRAGON BALL series so loved and famous: endless spectacular fights with its allpowerful fighters. Partnering with Arc System Works, DRAGON BALL FighterZ maximizes high end Anime graphics and brings easy to learn but difficult to master fighting gameplay to audiences worldwide.”

Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to arrive on January 26, 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we learn more about the upcoming title, and for further information regarding the game, check out the following:
