A brand new stealth action game is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC next year, and let’s just say this new title looks like it is going to be one hell of an adventure. Titled GreedFall, this game combines the feel of an Assassin’s Creed historical setting with fantasy elements, and frankly it looks like a really interesting concept. Colonial decked out soldiers versus wood nymphs and monsters? Sounds like one hell of an adventure! You can check out the reveal trailer below to see for yourself!

The island of GreedFall is a living, ever-evolving world. Your actions, from seemingly trivial choices to the most important political decisions, will influence and affect its course as well as the relationship between the different factions established on the island.

Announced officially on Facebook, this game is created by Spiders Studio, the developers that made Bound by Flame. You play as settlers, treasure hunters and mercenaries who have landed on the island of GreedFall, inhabited with not-so-human forces of nature. Facing off with the inhabitants, whom are guarded by spirits and supernatural entities, you must survive to take the island for yourself in a harrowing colonization story that really makes you think about your actions and the consequences.

Like other RPG’s, your choices mean everything when it comes to surviving and gaining the upper hand against the enemy forces. Every decision, from the most mundane to the highest political decision, will decide your fate. The game boasts a skillful combination of combat and political prowess, artfully colored in muted tones and warm sepia, GreedFall challenges the player in more areas than one to live and thrive in this harsh, 17th century realm.

So far, Spiders Studio hasn’t given an exact date on when to expect to see this game launched, simply promising that the title will be out in 2018. This isn’t the only game that fans can’t wait to get their hands on. BioWare recently announced their new IP, also set for 2018, though they have been pretty tight-lipped about exactly what the game will be about. Looks like fans are just going to have to stay on the edges of their seats, waiting for more announcement for these two new titles! We can’t stand the anticipation!
