Watch Dogs Legion Officially Confirmed With E3 Trailer (VIDEO)

For months, an all new entry in the hacker-tastic Watch Dogs series has been the subject of intense speculation, with numerous unconfirmed rumors and leaks seemingly spilling the beans on the series’ inevitable third outing. As wee inched toward E3, it seemed inevitable that a supposed Watch Dogs 3 would eventually rear its head, Ubisoft’s presentation indeed coming through with the confirmation of Watch Dogs Legion.

Shown off in a new trailer, Watch Dogs Legion was finally given its glorious reveal, confirming the next adventure set in a futuristic dystopian London. A corrupt, post-Brexit iteration of the region looks to have stirred a revolution among a “legion” of resistance fighters, allowing players to recruit a rag-tag team including a former special agent, a robotics expert, and a deceptively elderly assassin to finally take back the city. Check out the new reveal trailer alongside the game’s official description.

It’s time to take back London, and virtually anyone you see in this iconic city can be recruited to your resistance. The people are being oppressed by corrupt opportunists and it’s up to you to build a resistance to give the city back to the people. With an entire population of potential recruits and the city’s technology at your fingertips, you’ll need to hack, infiltrate, and fight your way to a liberated London. Welcome to the Resistance.”

Watch Dogs Legion releases for Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March, 6th, 2020.
