Wasteland 2 Nintendo Switch Release Confirmed
Nintendo fans were sent into a flurry of anticipation today with a surprise tweet from InXile Entertainment’s founder, Brian Fargo. With the Nintendo Switch’s line up continuing to grow, and more and more third party developers pledging their support to the hybrid console, it’s a great time to be a supporter of the Big N. Even better for fans of the 2014 title Wasteland 2.

A tease indeed…Fargo later stated, “the same team who ported Bard’s Tale to IOS and Android are doing this.” He went on to Tweet, ”I have to give props to Nintendo owners for your love of the machine. My Wasteland Switch screen shot had the quickest traction of most anything I’ve ever tweeted.”
Nintendo’s fans are well aware that their excitement is warranted. The Nintendo Switch has amassed a huge following, an even bigger library, and there are almost weekly releases for new games. Each new developer pledge, each port, and each new game promises an even more in depth and intense experience.
Wasteland 2 originally came out in 2014 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. What do you think of the latest Nintendo slated release? What is your favorite customization? Follow DTFG on Twitter for live 24/7 gaming news and updates!
