Report: Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 2018 Listing Discovered on Amazon

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 2018

It’s been 5 years since gamers have received a new entry in the Splinter Cell franchise. With 2013’s Blacklist now in the past, many have been wondering if Ubisoft is working on anything new to give fans. Sure, rumors have been thrown around the community for awhile now, but nothing concrete has come to light. However, with the recent discovery of an Amazon listing for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 2018, players are now holding out hope for an official announcement.

Of course, when it comes to anything like this, the appropriate amount of salt should be kept at the ready. While the listing itself did not provide any images of what was being offered, details were also fairly scarce. In fact, the only things provided were the title “Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 2018” and the fact that it is by Ubisoft. The page has since been taken down, but PlayStation LifeStyle was able to grab a screenshot before then, which can be seen below:

Splinter Cell 2018

This wouldn’t be the first time that an upcoming video game was outed by a retail listing, and it certainly won’t be the last. Recently, Activision’s next Call of Duty installment saw a host of leaks and rumors until the developer finally revealed Black Ops 4. As for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 2018, which we don’t think will be the official name if a title is on the way, we’ll just have to wait until Ubisoft gives up the goods.

Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we remain hopeful of an inbound Splinter Cell entry. For other gaming news that is going on right now, check out the following:
