A New Kingsman: The Golden Circle Trailer Features Colin Firth and a Lot of Class (VIDEO)

With the wild popularity of the first Kingsman movie, it’s no wonder that a sequel would be hot on the trail, following up the comically violent and quite classy spy film based on the comic series by Mark Miller. Since the initial teaser trailer for the film was released, fans of the original certainly felt the bug to see where the story went, especially after the “death” of Galahad, Colin Firth’s most charming spy. Luckily for us, it seems that Eggsy’s mentor is more than making an appearance in the sequel as he will be kicking ass right alongside the young man. In the recently released video, more of the film’s plot has been revealed as Eggsy and Galahad team up with their “American cousins” to take on a new threat to world safety. Check out the trailer below to see the team back in action:

Fans get a little more insight into the new characters that will be joining the fray including the film’s newest villain (played by Julianne Moore) and a few of the Statesman agents that will be teaming up with the remaining Kingsman. From the look of things, the Kingsman are in heaps of trouble after Julianne Moore’s role as antagonist launches an all-out assault on their headquarters. Perhaps the Statesman will come save the day with Taron Egerton and Colin Firth’s dynamic duo?

Alongside the trailer reveal and the hilariously violent red-band clip, the film’s star Taron Egerton, also posted an image on Twitter, revealing a new poster image for the upcoming film. He certainly has the charm and style of a Kingsman down pat and we certainly can’t wait to see the film’s premise played out. Kingsman: The Golden Circle hits theaters on September 22nd and will include an all-star cast of Mark Strong, Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, and Channing Tatum.
