Need for Speed Payback’s Customization Features are Expansive and Allows for Full Creativity
E3 is bringing the hype this year as EA unleashes a slew of new games on fans. Among the games and features is Need for Speed Payback’s customization components. They are extensive and impressive, ramping up this game to be the best in the franchise to date. The Virtual Garage allows for limitless vehicles and a place where players can look at and modify vehicles. The pre-order bonus will include a much larger focus on muscle and various sports cars as well.
The Derelict feature will allow for players to explore an open world where they can gather parts to repair run-down classics. Players can paint them and add custom parts that give it a unique look. The options seem endless with graphics decals, performance oriented vehicles with off-road modifications called Super Cars, and Stance Tuning that goes further in then the game has before. Here’s what Marcus Nilsson had to say about the game:
Need for Speed returns this year to challenge what players expect from racing games. We’re still delivering everything our fans love about the franchise – the deepest customization, an impressive roster of cars, intense races and open world pursuits – but with Need for Speed Payback, we’re bringing together all those elements in an all new blockbuster driving experience. From the story, to the different characters you can drive as, to the varied missions, to the edge-of-your-seat moments, this is our vision for what action driving entertainment means today.”
Payback’s customization offers a rich experience wherever you go with the car, but the features go even further in multiplayer. Autolog will be included in the game as well, allowing players to compete against friend’s best scores through the entire campaign and other activities in the world. The focus of the game is largely on bringing the perfect ride into the action driving blockbuster missions.
Payback will be available on EA Access and Origin with 10-hour early access on November 2nd, 2017. Buying through Access will get players a 10% discount. Deluxe edition will give players early access on November 7th, 3 days before the game’s release on November 10th on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
