Mortal Kombat 11 Confirms Shang Tsung As First DLC Fighter

Chicago’s C2E2 is going on now and NetherRealm is definitely here to bring the party. In addition to Noob Saibot’s confirmed return, Ed Boon and the crew revealed another fan-favorite making a comeback: Shang Tsung! Get ready to part with those souls, friends, because he’s back!

To say that fans were excited about be a massive understatement, though we’re still holding out hope for our beloved Mileena:

 

It’s important to note that he’s a DLC character included also with the Premium Edition. So far we have some pretty stellar fighters to look forward to, including the hilariously Hollywood Johnny Cage, and we’re excited to see even more reveals in the coming months.

As for the game itself, Mortal Kombat arrives on April 23rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch:
