Gotham Knights Revealed As Next Batman Game (VIDEO)

Gotham Knights Batman WB Games

There have been many leaks and rumors over recent years that pointed to what the next Batman game from WB Games would be, and then the devs started dropping hints and teasers earlier this week. Luckily, the big day has arrived, and we finally know that WB Games Montreal’s next game is Gotham Knights.

During the long-awaited DC FanDome online experience, WB Games Montreal revealed what’s next for the caped crusader. Well, not much, as the next game focuses more on the friends of Batman instead of the vigilante himself. You’ll know why when you watch the video below.

“Batman is dead,” reads the official description. “It is now up to the Batman Family – Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin – to protect Gotham City, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its cops, and fear to its criminals. You must evolve into the new Dark Knight and save Gotham from chaos.”

As can be seen in the video above, Batman is no more, but that doesn’t mean crime-fighting stops in Gotham. It will now be up to the Gotham Knights to ensure that the city is cleansed of all that is bad and evil. And there is looking to be plenty of bad and evil, especially if the Court of Owls is hanging around.

Gotham Knights is currently in development and expected to arrive in 2021 for unspecified platforms. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
