G4 Adds WWE’s Xavier Woods To The Cast

G4 TV Adds WWE's Xavier Woods To The Cast

It looks like G4 has a new crown prince! During the recent G4 Thanksgiving Holiday Special, longtime fans of the old video game-centered station saw an incredibly heartfelt reunion, with the likes of Kevin Pereira, Oliva Munn, Morgan Webb, Adam Sessler, and others coming together to celebrate some of their most treasured content from the old days. At the end of the special, it was revealed that WWE’s Xavier Woods has signed on to the network as a host.

Following the episode, Oliva Munn took to Twitter to confirm the recent reveal with her own touching message. “14 years ago my life changed after I auditioned for @G4TV,” the Tweet reads. “It brought me so much joy, love, and the most amazing fans who have lifted me up so many times over I can’t even count. I wish that and so much more for you @AustinCreedWins, our new prince.”

For those unaware, Woods’ real name is Austin Creed. He actually ran his own social media campaign following the announcement that G4 was coming back, which no doubt helped put him on the network’s radar. “Never in my wildest dreams did I expect #Creed4G4 to gain so much momentum among WWE fans and gamers alike,” said Woods. “As a lifelong video game fanatic, I have always held a genuine affinity for the G4 brand, and I’m honored and humbled to be joining the G4 team at a time when interest in gaming and the gaming community has never been stronger.”

G4 will be returning at some point next year.
