Final Fantasy XV Crossover Announced With Terra Wars, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider (VIDEO)

Final Fantasy XV has been getting a lot of love lately, with the latest news from Square Enix revealing that four new DLC episodes are slated for 2019 featuring a brand new story, as stated by game director Hajime Tabata in a recent interview. While 2019 may still be a ways off, fans looking forward to new Final Fantasy XV content need only wait a few days, as revealed thanks to a newly released video at Tokyo Game Show. Seen below, the video shows off a Final Fantasy XV crossover event with upcoming mobile game Terra Wars, as well as Shadow of the Tomb Raider:

Seen in the new trailer, Noctis finds himself once again waking up in an unfamiliar place, where he is greeted by Sara from Terra Wars, a mobile game currently in development by Hironobu Sakaguchi.. As the video progresses, we see player take control of both characters as they explore, after which it is revealed that they will have special link strike abilities they can use on both monsters, and the environment when it calls for it.

The new Shadow of the Tomb Raider content coming to Final Fantasy XV will be arriving in the form of a Lara Croft outfit for the latter game’s multiplayer component, Comrades. It is also revealed that Comrades will receive crossover content from mobile title DJ Nobunaga as well. All the crossover content mentioned above will hit Final Fantasy XV on September 25th, with FFXV content expected to come to the above titles at some point in the future.

Final Fantasy XV is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
