New Final Fantasy VII Remake Trailer Reveals The Turks, Summons, And More (VIDEO)

The long wait to Tokyo Game Show 2019 is finally over, and Square Enix is celebrating the show’s arrival with a brand new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake. Revealed during the first few hours of the show, the trailer has exceeded even our wildest expectations, providing our promised first look at The Turks while also giving us a glimpse at the Summons Shiva and Ifrit. And, of course, there’s more Sephiroth. Check out the explosive trailer below:

So, what else is there for us to sink our teeth into? Well, for starters we have the infamous Don Corneo, who sounds an awful lot like Mark Hamill. The entire Sector 6 scenario is also being teased within the trailer, with Aerith dressing up and seemingly receiving her very own, much deserved fireworks display. Moving forward, we are also treated to more action sequences between AVALANCHE and Shinra, with Turks Reno, Rude, and Tseng all making appearances earlier on to give Cloud & friends trouble.

Moving further still, we are shown a new sequence for the Final Fantasy VII Remake in which the President of the Shinra Electric Company appears before the party via hologram to chortle on about his plans, after which we are then shown a picturesque view of the edge of Midgar at the very end of the trailer. It is currently unknown as to whether or not we can expect even more footage or details on the Final Fantasy VII Remake at TGS 2019, but as far as I’m concerned, this was plenty.

Final Fantasy VII Remake releases on March 3, 2020 exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
