DOOM Eternal Confirmed For Nintendo Switch

DOOM Eternal Switch

QuakeCon 2018 is officially underway, and many fans are already pleased with what has been shown. Rage 2 was given an extended look, more ESO news arrived, and we finally caught a glimpse of some insanely glorious DOOM Eternal gameplay. The Doom Slayer is set to return in full force, stronger than ever, all while ripping and tearing through every last demon that stands in his way. That said, the action that is to come will not only be available on the usual platforms, but it will also be coming to Nintendo Switch.

With a port of 2016’s DOOM having already come to the mega popular portable console, it’s not entirely surprising that the highly-anticipated sequel is set to do the same. That said, it’s good to know that the developers had the Switch in mind from the start and will likely see the game released across all platforms simultaneously.

DOOM Eternal is set to feature the strongest Doom Slayer to date. Demons, new and old, will have to do everything in their power to stop the Hell Walker. However, let’s face it – you’re not stuck in these hellish landscapes with them… they’re stuck in there with you.

Ripping and tearing will be more glorious than ever with upgraded armor, a bounty of weapons at your disposal, and new abilities that will help in dismembering every enemy that ever thought they stood a chance against the Doom Slayer. You can read more about what’s new right here.

Unfortunately, DOOM Eternal is currently without a release date, but it will be launching on PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
