Death Stranding PC Release Date Revealed (VIDEO)

Death Stranding has been available on the PlayStation 4 since November 2019, which has provided players plenty of time to deliver any and all packages they wish. That said, those who are waiting for the game to drop on PC now have a date they can mark in their calendars.

The PC release date for Death Stranding has officially been released in a new trailer from Kojima Productions and 505 Games, the devs behind the upcoming port. As can be seen in the video below, the unique title will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store on June 2, 2020. However, that is not the only thing revealed in the trailer. Death Stranding will be arriving on PC with a Photo Mode, high frame rate, ultra-wide monitor support, and a bit of content from Half-Life. If it is just the hat is unknown at this point in time, but we can always hope for more Half-Life. In addition to these features, those who purchase the PC edition will receive the following:

  • Selections from ‘The Art of Death Stranding’ digital art book (by Titan Books)
  • Death Stranding Original Score Expanded Edition by Ludvig Forsell (including 10 unreleased tracks)
  • Ludens mask sunglasses (chiral gold and omnireflector)
  • Gold and silver power skeleton
  • Gold and silver all-terrain skeleton
  • Gold and silver armour plate (LV2)

For those who pre-order Death Stranding for PC, you will receive what is listed above as well as what is seen below:

  • Death Stranding HD wallpapers
  • Chiral gold and omnireflector SAM sunglasses
  • Chiral gold and omnireflector cap
  • Gold and silver speed skeleton
  • Gold and silver armour plate
