Cyberpunk 2077 Team Adds RiME’s Lead Level Designer

Cyberpunk 2077

2019 is on the horizon, and many gamers around the world are hoping the new year contains more information regarding CD Projekt RED’s futuristic adventure. You know, in case we’re in for another 5-year wait. Though that may not be the case, the devs are hard at work on Cyberpunk 2077, and they’ve added some more talent to their roster.

Taking to Twitter, RiME lead level designer Manuel Mendiluce announced that he was leaving Tequila Works “after 8 awesome years.” Their next step after working on the aforementioned title as well as Deadlight and The Sexy Brutale will be joining CDPR and helping develop Cyberpunk 2077.

The official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account even followed up with a response to Mendiluce, stating that they will take good care of him. That’s always good to see, and we are sure their powers combined will yield some incredible results. After all, the upcoming game already looks amazing, so we can only imagine what it will look like when it officially arrives.

Speaking of which, Cyberpunk 2077 still remains without a release date, but it is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
