Cyberpunk 2077 x Fall Guys Is The Crossover Fans Deserve
Mediatonic and Devolver Digital have officially launched what has quickly become a popular entry in the battle royale genre. Fall Guys features a plethora of floppy jellybeans fighting for the crown, but it would appear that what may be the year’s most highly anticipated title, Cyberpunk 2077, is looking to get in on the action.
The Fall Guys Twitter account recently took to the social media platform to ask the age old question, “how many retweets?” This, of course, was in regards to a collaboration with the Cyberpunk 2077 developers. “One,” they response. Naturally, with the Internet being, well… the Internet, they received much more than just one retweet.
One.

Seeing as this failed in spectacular fashion, the CD Projekt RED legal department reminded the Fall Guys Twitter account that the tweet “clearly said one retweet.” Not to be deterred, Mediatonic set out on another quest to capture that singular retweet so they could get the Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration many are now hoping for, but that also ended in failure with 969 too many (as of the time of this writing) retweets.
Okay, I’ve just been on the phone with CD PROJEKT RED Legal Department
They said we literally need to do a tweet that gets EXACTLY ONE retweet… and then they will do the collab
PLEASE
ONLY
ONE
RETWEET
Nobody else https://t.co/PRluYk3xqp

There is no denying that a Cyberpunk 2077 x Fall Guys crossover would not only be a success, but also totally doable considering the endless cosmetic possibilities for those sweet little jellybeans. While the jury is out on that collaboration, another CD Projekt RED IP initiated a DM slide. Perhaps we should begin preparing our coins.
OMG I’M CRYING
FALL GUYS AND WITCHER COLLAB?!?!?!?
SHALL WE DM?!?!? https://t.co/wLVW6V305C

The idea of Cyberpunk 2077 crossing over into the world of Fall Guys seems to have gotten others to think about doing the same. Walmart Canada, which many gamers are quite familiar with, thought it would be best to put a vest cosmetic in the game, and DiGiorno would love to see a pizza horn placed atop the pineapple costume. Needless to say, it would appear that a lot of people want to be a fall guy.
Fall Guys is currently available on PC and PlayStation 4, while Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to launch on November 19th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
