Borderlands 3’s Main Story Is 35 Hours, Says Creative Director
With the highly anticipated next installment in the wildly popular Borderlands series only a few months away from being released, fans are continuing the hype by trying to learn everything they can about the game. This, of course, includes how long it will take one to complete Borderlands 3, and according to creative director Paul Sage, players will have plenty to occupy their time.
During a recent interview with GamesBeat, Sage disclosed how long the main story in Borderlands 3 is going to be. “I’d still say we were very ambitious,” Sage said. “My tech team would say we were really ambitious sometimes. [laughs] There’s so much to the game. We go to these different worlds. The length of the game being 35 hours, if you just go through the main story — that’s not including doing too many side missions. I think there was a lot of ambition right at the beginning.”
Throw in all of the side missions and exploration that will be afoot, and Borderlands 3 is sure to provide near-endless amounts of entertainment for all who play it. In addition to this, we can always count on Gearbox to deliver some top quality story DLC after the game launches. Needless to say, there will be plenty to do.
Borderlands 3 is set to arrive on September 13th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
