Artist Recreates Disney Princesses as Final Fantasy Characters and We are in Love! (GALLERY)

When people think of Princesses, the first thing they imagine is a Disney. Nowadays there are so many, that everyone has to have at least one that they can relate to, or just love in general. One digital artist did something different when they imagined these Disney Princesses and pictured them instead as Final Fantasy characters each complete with a corresponding class.

The artist, Geryes, posted the imaginings on their DeviantArt featuring the likes of Cinderella, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Kida, Merida, Belle and more as Final Fantasy characters. Each piece features a transformed princess with their name and class like Pocahontas as a Warrior and Kida as a Dark Knight. For reasons unknown to us, the DeviantArt account has been deactivated, but you can check the artist’s reimagination in the gallery below:

The Final Fantasy RPG franchise from Square Enix was created by Hironobu Sakaguchi and the first in the series was released way back in 1987. Since then there have been many sequels that have branched into other genres besides RPG’s like multiplayer online role playing, 3rd person shooter, racing, rhythm, and fighting games. There have also been movies, mangas, and so much more created from the series, which makes sense since it is Square Enix’s best selling video game franchise. That is why it’s natural that someone would create even more greatness by combining Disney Princesses with these beloved games.

It would be hard to imagine these Princesses any other way now, right? Since Geryes’ DeviantArt is currently deactivated, we hope it reemerges soon! Which one is your favorite?
