You Can Play PS4’s Days Gone For Free With a Limited-Time Promotion
Less than 10 days remain before PlayStation 4 gamers can get their hands on one of the most anticipated games of 2019. Days Gone is shaping up to be quite the horror game, and it looks like players will be able to try it out for free through a limited-time promotion when it releases.
How people will be able to do this is through GameStop’s recently announced “Guaranteed to Love it” promotion. If you have purchased the game within two days of its release date, you have two days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. The first game they are running this promotion on is the PS4 exclusive Days Gone.
News: GameStop to Launch “Guaranteed to Love it” program. If you return the game within 48 hours of the game’s launch you get your money back in the form of Trade-in Credit. First game is Days Gone. If you hate it, bring it back with 48 hours and get $59.99 in trade-in credit. pic.twitter.com/kLMBpsDz7O

Essentially, if you pick up the new horror game, get home and play it only to find out that it isn’t exactly what you were expecting it to be, you can return it to GameStop for a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing it. Normally, this would not be the case, especially with GameStop’s return policies being a bit more strict than that. It’s also unknown if they plan to do this with any other releases, or if Days Gone is more along the lines of a trial run of the promotion.
Days Gone is set to arrive on April 26th exclusively for the PlayStation 4. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
