Fans of the fantasy action-RPG franchise have a serious edition coming that would definitely make any collection twice as awesome. A limited edition vinyl set is being released containing the Dark Souls Trilogy soundtrack. All three games are featured with compositions by Motoi Sakuraba and Yuka Kitamura.

Motoi Sakuraba has an impressive list of game, anime, and movie scores under his belt and creates progressive rock music on his own time. Yuka Kitamura is well known for her work on Bloodborne and Dark Souls with work done for Armored Core and other titles in her discography as well. The two make a dynamic team with their compositions on the Dark Souls Trilogy soundtrack.

While The Witcher 3 and even Sonic Mania have vinyl releases of their own, the Dark Souls Trilogy soundtrack definitely deserves a cut as well. A game with music that sets the tone so well is certainly important, and Dark Souls is among the franchises that have consistently done it right. With this latest addition to the ever expanding collectibles for the game, fans can now enjoy their favorite music under the needle in perfect quality as they sip cognac and reminisce on all the good times.

The Dark Souls Trilogy soundtrack is comprised of 9 vinyl records containing music spanned across the entire franchise. The release is limited edition, with only 2,000 copies being made available and only in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Fans can stake a claim on this collection on the Bandai Namco official store in the fall, according to the Dark Souls official Twitter the price point for these will be 119 € / 109£ (roughly $140 USD).
