It has arrived! A teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Marvel film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 has just dropped!

The trailer was released just an hour after director James Gunn posted the official movie poster to his Instagram account.

From the trailer we see a comically memorable scene between Drax (Dave Bautista) and Star Lord/Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) in which Drax tries to teach Star Lord a thing or two about love. Drax eventually gives Star Lord an unwanted hug leaving fans, like myself, giggling uncontrollably.

The trailer and poster give us very little insight as to the full plot of the movie, but insure that our favorite galactic mod squad is back! The poster shows returning Guardians Star Lord, Drax, Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper), and if you look hard enough, you can see a baby Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) hugging Star Lord’s boot. Also featured in the poster are returning characters Nebula (Karen Gillan) and Yondu (Michael Rooker).

As mentioned, no real plot details have been shed to light, as of yet, but there are plenty ideas and theories surrounding the casting of Kurt Russell, who is cast as Ego the Living Planet, and Sylvester Stallone, whose character has yet to be revealed.
