Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Full Reveal Trailer has Arrived (VIDEO)

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

It seems like a long time coming, but the day has finally arrived that Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has officially been revealed. And oh, what a glorious day it is! The stage was set – Bethesda’s E3 presentation was coming to an end. Some VR titles were shown and a few other games were discussed, but it wasn’t what the people wanted. Well, it’s what some people wanted, but that’s beside the point. Bethesdaland’s on-stage adventure was drawing to a close, but another game awaited its time to shine.

America, 1961. Your assassination of Nazi General Deathshead was a short-lived victory. Despite the setback, the Nazis maintain their stranglehold on the world. You are BJ Blazkowicz, aka “Terror-Billy,” member of the Resistance, scourge of the Nazi empire, and humanity’s last hope for liberty. Only you have the guts, guns, and gumption to return stateside, kill every Nazi in sight, and spark the second American Revolution.”

The video starts off on an interesting note. We are introduced to Peggy, a young woman running an errand for her mother. On the way home from picking up some groceries, Peggy comes across a man pinned under a truck. Knowing exactly what to do, she blows a whistle and calls for her faithful, gigantic robot dog Liesel. Wasn’t expecting that, were you? The channel changes. And again. German seems to be the theme of each show that passes by. It is after the TV lands on the game show “German… or Else!” that we discover the remote is being operated by a cat. Actually, you might be better off watching it for yourself. You know, to get the full experience and whatnot:

Insane, right? Luckily, this translates will into pure awesomeness. Killing Nazis has never quite looked like it does in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Of course, the full reveal trailer goes hand in hand with what Pete Hines said of the game back in February. “MachineGames has been hard at work on something, which I can tell you I have played. It is f**king bananas. And I can’t wait to show what it actually is.” Judging by the above trailer, Hines isn’t wrong – this game looks f**king bananas!

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will arrive on October 27 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

What say you, gamers? Excited to finally get your hands on the latest installment in the Wolfenstein franchise? Do you believe this game is truly going to be f**king bananas, or is the hype train a little unstable?
