Vampire The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Shows Off Extended Gameplay Demo (VIDEO)
Gamescom 2019 brought in tons of exciting announcements, reveals, and trailers with the likes of Predator: Hunting Grounds, the fourth episode of Life is Strange 2, and even more footage of Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding. For fans of the Vampire: The Masquerade series, Bloodlines 2 got a chance for the spotlight with a brand new trailer and an extended gameplay demonstration. With nearly 30 minutes of gameplay to watch, sit back, relax, and check it out:
Over 15 years have passed since the release of Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines when it hit the gaming scene in 2004. An action role-playing series based on the original tabletop, there’s a lot to love about giving your life to the Kindred community. Set in the bustling city of Seattle, Bloodlines 2 is centered around your very existence – a factor that ignites “the war for Seattle’s blood trade.”
Maneuver the delicate political climate between factions of the Kindred community, engage in bloody combat in first-person, impactful storytelling where choices matter, and perhaps choose a side and win this war on blood. Despite the underground culture of vampire folk in Seattle, players must not “break The Masquerade” and keep their existence a secret to humans. There’s no shortage of hurdles and you’ll find yourself struggling just to survive.
